Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mygardenpool.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 63 Clinton Street, Ste B, Center Moriches, NY 11934

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

2. Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the return is due to:

  • A defect in the product.

  • An error made by us (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

  • Inspection of Returned Items All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the returned item is found to be damaged, used, or missing components, deductions will be made from the refund amount accordingly.

3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
    We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process. A restocking fee may still apply if the item being exchanged does not meet our return conditions.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an issue caused by us. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

6. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if the return is approved.

8. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
