1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12 PM EST).
3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States, including Puerto Rico.
4. Shipping Areas We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally beyond these areas.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Certain hazardous materials or flammable products may also be restricted in some locations.

8. Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or any discrepancies, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
