Features • Advanced formula containing wetting agents, surfactants, cleaning compounds, and release agents • Helps loosen and remove oils, organic buildup, calcium deposits, and biguanide residue • Can be used as a backwash treatment or soak cleaner • Compatible with all pool sanitizing systems • Suitable for sand, cartridge, and DE filters • Fast-acting formula for routine and seasonal maintenance Benefits • Helps restore and maintain filter efficiency • Supports improved water clarity and circulation performance • Assists in reducing buildup that can restrict water flow • Helps protect pool equipment by promoting proper filtration • Will not adversely affect pool water chemistry when used as directed Applications Quick Clean – Sand Filters • Turn off all chemical feeders • With the pump running and the filter in the backwash position, add 6–16 ounces through the skimmer • Continue backwashing according to filter manufacturer recommendations Deep Clean – Sand Filters • Apply directly to the filter media • Allow to soak for 4 hours or longer • Restart the pump with the filter in the backwash position and thoroughly backwash before returning to normal operation Quick Clean – Cartridge and DE Filters • Remove filter media from the housing • Spray evenly from top to bottom • Allow product to remain on the media for approximately 5 minutes • Thoroughly rinse with a garden hose and reinstall the filter Deep Clean – Cartridge and DE Filters • Mix 16 ounces of Filter Cleaner with 2.5 gallons of fresh water • Remove filter media and soak for 30 minutes or longer • Remove media, rinse thoroughly, and reinstall for normal operation
